Project management We’re Hiring: Project Manager — Remote, United States

Char Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across marketing, eCommerce, retail, creative, and operations.

Char Cosmetics is an Asian-Australian beauty brand growing across international retail and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, coordinate contributors across multiple time zones, and ensure projects move from planning through successful delivery.

What you’ll do:

* Lead projects from initial planning through execution, delivery, and handover

* Build and manage project timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies

* Coordinate internal teams, contractors, agencies, vendors, and external partners

* Track deliverables and proactively identify delays, risks, or missing information

* Facilitate clear communication across departments and time zones

* Translate broad goals into organised and actionable project plans

* Maintain project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions

* Support simultaneous initiatives across marketing, product launches, retail, eCommerce, and operations

* Help improve internal workflows and project management systems as the company grows

* Have demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish

* Are highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities

* Communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders

* Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

* Can identify potential roadblocks before they affect delivery

* Have experience using project management and collaboration platforms

* Are comfortable working independently while maintaining strong team communication

Experience within beauty, consumer products, retail, eCommerce, marketing, creative production, or an agency environment is highly valued.

Remote position based in the United States

Regular availability during Australian business hours is required
