What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting our sales team at open homes, inspections, and appraisals
• Building genuine relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers
• Getting hands-on with marketing, listings, and property presentation
• Learning the systems, processes, and skills behind every successful sale
• Soaking up mentorship from experienced agents who want to see you thrive

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for people and property
• Vibrant, fun, and full of energy — someone who brings good vibes to the office
• A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
• Confident communicator who isn't afraid to get out and meet people
• A current driver's licence (own car preferred)
• Real estate experience isn't essential — attitude is everything
• Agents Representative Certificate (or currently enrolled and completing)
