About the role
wiin is a leading independent design and client-side project management company.
We specialise in multi-site retail fitout projects and signage rebrand programs across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific region.
Right now, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join our Melbourne team.
The role requires someone with strong expertise in independently delivering new store openings, relocations and refurbishment projects, ideally within the hospitality, retail or broader multi-site environment.
You will be part of a small, dynamic, project team and will report directly to our Projects Director and client.
This is a work from home position.

- Deliver projects in accordance with the wiin project management framework
- Develop and manage project programs, budgets and delivery through to handover
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes
- Undertake procurement management including preparing an RFQ pack, supplier selection, liaison and supervision
- Manage all relevant permit and council applications and approvals on behalf of the client
- Monitor project scope, budget, schedule and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead and oversee contractors, ensuring quality, safety and project standards are met
Qualifications & Technical Skills required:
- Min. 5 years proven project management experience delivering fitout projects in hospitality, retail, commercial or construction environments (food experience will be considered a positive)
- Strong understanding of construction, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and structural disciplines
- Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and provide practical solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online project management platforms.

This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who is a quick learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently take ownership of projects within limited supervision. As our projects move quickly, you’ll need to be available full-time and be responsive in resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Workplace & Travel
All our staff work remotely from home.
Your minimum setup will be: 1 computer (high performance preferably), 2 x 23” display monitors, high speed internet connection.
This is a full-time position. Hours are flexible and this will provide great autonomy, flexibility and quality of life. Our expectations are that you will be more productive from a home office environment and will work, so self-motivation is a necessity.
A current driver's licence and access to a car are essential.
Occasional interstate travel will be required, and applicants should be willing and able to travel when business needs arise.
