Night Retail Security Officer to join our team at Chatswood, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About The Role

As a Night Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Part-time position

Award Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Roste

Thursday: 21:30pm to 07:30am

Friday: 20:30pm to 07:30am

Saturday: 21:00pm to 07:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
• Adhere to all site and company security protocols
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Securing and locking up the centre, conducting regular patrols, and carrying out compliance audits.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail/shopping centre experience highly regarded)
• Availability to workday/night and weekday/weekend shifts
• Good physical fitness, as patrols/roving are required
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual work history
