Payroll Officer

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Payroll compliance, reconciliations and reporting
• Interpretation of payroll legislation and employment conditions
• Managing employee payroll queries
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
• Supporting payroll process improvement initiatives
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation requirements
• Experience interpreting awards, agreements or complex pay conditions
• An understanding of Payday Super requirements and payroll compliance obligations
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Experience working within a multi-site or complex workforce environment would be highly regarded
