Role: Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Analyst

As a PMO Analyst at Goodstart, you’ll sit at the centre of enterprise change—bringing clarity, structure and insight to a diverse portfolio of initiatives that support children, families and communities across Australia. This is a hands-on role where your analysis, reporting and assurance work directly shapes delivery outcomes, strengthens governance, and helps leaders make informed, timely decisions.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Create clear, meaningful portfolio reporting that gives leaders confidence in delivery, risk and value
Support project teams from idea through to delivery—business cases, initiation, planning and setup
Run pragmatic health checks and assurance reviews that improve outcomes, not just compliance
Help teams embed fit-for-purpose governance, frameworks and delivery disciplines
Track benefits beyond go-live, ensuring initiatives deliver real value—not just outputs
Lift capability through practical guidance, tools, onboarding and coaching
Improve how EPMO tools are used so reporting is easier, smarter and more consistent
Build trusted relationships with project managers, sponsors and senior stakeholders

You’ll bring to the table
What you’ll bring
Experience (typically 3+ years) in a PMO, project delivery, portfolio reporting or assurance role
Strong analytical capability with confidence turning data into clear insights and recommendations
Working knowledge of project delivery and governance approaches (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar)
Experience supporting or reviewing projects across planning, delivery and benefits
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and explaining information clearly
Hands-on experience with project and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com)
Current QLD Working with Children’s Clearance
Nice to have (but not essential)
Degree in Business, Project Management or related field
Exposure to enterprise portfolios, EPMO functions or benefits management
Experience in education, not-for-profit or purpose-led organisations
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, P3O, Managing Benefits)
