What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Resource Management, department leaders, line managers, and Business Development to align personnel with business needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with Manager, Resource Management and cross-functional leadership to provide departmental updates, feedback, and ensure adequate staffing alignment.
  • Support escalation and resolution of resourcing challenges by gathering relevant information and collaborating with Resource Management and department leaders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the line manager of the resource regarding project resourcing information and resourcing escalations.
  • Review resource requests to ensure they adhere to project scope and needs.
  • Maintain resource forecasting and modeling based on monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate vs Actuals (EVA) hours to support planning and decision-making.
  • Keep up-to-date records of resource allocation and availability, ensuring accurate data for reporting and future planning.
  • Manage and process resource schedule updates in FinancialForce Resource Planner, including new awards, project timeline modifications, and evolving project needs.
  • Responsible for identification of Pre-Award resource assignments.
  • Regular review of reports related to resource allocation, capacity, and utilization.
  • Leverage FinancialForce Resource Management tools to forecast and model assignments that meet project needs.
  • Collaborate and supports department stakeholders by reviewing billable resource opportunities in FinancialForce Resource Planner to forecast future resource demand and assess capacity planning implications for future business needs.
  • Collaborate with Resource Management to refine and enhance FinancialForce features, ensuring they align with evolving business and resourcing needs.
  • Support initiatives to enhance resourcing processes, identify and address gaps, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Attend meetings and represent the Resource Management department in cross-functional, resource-related discussions.

  • Ability to be professional and maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary information and sensitive situations.
  • Ability to become proficient in data tracking, reporting, and system management, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software platforms to support resource planning and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience as determined by CTI Management and Human Resources.
    • Familiarity with FinancialForce, Salesforce, Excel, and other resource management software for tracking and forecasting.
    • Knowledge of departmental operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to ensure compliance in resource management.
