About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist to join our Darwin Clinic, NT (Country of the Garramilla People), on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play an important role in delivering occupational health services, including health screening, musculoskeletal and fitness assessments, while supporting clients to achieve healthier and safer workplaces. You'll also potentially have opportunities to deliver onsite health screening and wellness programs for a diverse range of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
As Part Of Our Multidisciplinary Team, You Will
- Conduct patient histories and physical examinations
- Perform musculoskeletal and fitness assessments
- Complete occupational health screening, including ECG, spirometry, audiometry and drug & alcohol testing
- Deliver workplace health and wellness initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Complete clinical administration and documentation
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
- Current ESSA accreditation (Exercise & Sports Science Australia)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Well-developed computer skills
- The ability to build rapport with clients from a wide range of industries and backgrounds
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
