Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager from a similar environment who excels in leading and developing people to build the business.

You will be passionate about guest service and ensure your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door.

• Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently.
• Building a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links in the local community.
• Managing costs in a business to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.

Experience in these areas is highly regarded;

• Inventory and stock take.
• Cost of Goods.
• Labor control.
• Rostering.

Our Assistant Manager positions are on a permanent salaried full-time basis. Full availability is required where you will have a 5 day rotating roster.
