As a Resident Services Officer, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, connected and supportive environment for residents within our Seniors Communities.
You will be the friendly face at the heart of village life, helping residents feel informed, valued and supported every day.
Your Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Castle Hill Village, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
As a Resident Services Officer, you will provide frontline customer service, administration and resident support across our Retirement Village community. Working closely with residents, families and village teams, you will help deliver an exceptional resident experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the village.
You will be a key point of contact for enquiries, communications, events and resident activities, helping residents stay connected, informed and engaged within their community.
With professionalism, warmth and a resident-centred approach, you will:
Customer Service & Resident Support
Welcome residents, visitors, contractors and guests, providing exceptional reception and concierge services
Respond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries and concerns
Assist residents with accessing village services, digital tools and community activities
Support new resident onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive transition into village life
Provide practical day-to-day assistance and connect residents with the right support when needed
Administration & Communication
Manage reception, phone, email and general administrative activities
Maintain accurate resident records within village systems and databases
Coordinate village communications, newsletters, notices and digital displays
Support meeting coordination, room bookings and record management
Assist village teams with resident correspondence and information sharing
Lifestyle & Community Engagement
Support the delivery of resident activities, events and wellbeing programs
Assist with event coordination, registrations, room setup and feedback collection
Encourage participation and help residents stay connected to village life
Support transport and attendance arrangements for village activities where required
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Build positive relationships with residents, families, suppliers, contractors and internal teams
Assist in resolving day-to-day resident concerns and operational matters
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the village
What You'll Bring
You are a friendly, organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of older people.
You will also need:
Experience in customer service, administration, reception or hospitality roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
