About the role

Fresh out of your Audiology degree and ready to dive in? We've got a genuinely rare opportunity at HEARING SAVERS – and it's not your typical grad role. Here's the twist: your first year won't be in the clinic. It'll be in our client care team, talking to and helping real clients every day – answering questions, sharing advice, resolving issues and understanding what actually matters to them before they ever sit in a fitting chair.

What you'll be doing

• Looking after clients over phone, email and in person
• Getting to know our products, pricing, processes and how our business works
• Working alongside our Audiology and support teams

What we're after

• A recently completed (or almost-completed) Audiology/Audiometry qualification
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Comfortable in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Keen to learn the business before jumping into clinical work

Why it's worth it

Two of our star Audiologists joined HEARING SAVERS as graduates in a customer service role prior to commencing their clinical QP supervision. This is a rare shot at building real product, business and client knowledge and instincts before you're behind the audiometer. After one year, and you'll move into clinical Audiology already knowing your clients, products and pricing better than most grads ever will.
