City Venue Management (CVM) is recruiting casual team members across Logan for the busy summer season.
We're recruiting across the following venues
- Beenleigh Aquatic Centre
- Bethania Aquatic Centre (Seasonal)
- Eagleby Aquatic Centre (Seasonal)
- Gould Adams Park Aquatic Centre (Kingston)
- Logan North Aquatic & Fitness Centre
- Logan West Aquatic Centre & Health Club
We're currently recruiting:
Pool Lifeguards & Customer Service Attendants (all CVM Customer Service team members are Pool Lifeguard qualified)

Qualifications Required (or Willing to Obtain)
Pool Lifeguard Award
Blue Card
First Aid Certificate including CPR
Important Information
Applicants without the required qualifications must be willing to complete an upcoming August Swim Teacher or Pool Lifeguard course before commencing. Courses are available through Ampd Academy or any accredited training provider.
A paid Blue Card is required before employment. Please apply early, as processing typically takes 1–3 business days and may take longer if you need to obtain a Customer Reference Number (CRN) first.
