About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Large Loss (Domestic) to join our Victorian team in this newly created position and lead the delivery insurance reconstruction projects. Managing a portfolio of high-value projects, you will be responsible for driving high quality works through strong leadership, stakeholder management, cost control and quality delivery.

This role is ideal for a proven large loss professional with strong construction knowledge, insurer experience and a reputation for delivering complex rebuild projects to a high standard while building trusted relationships with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large loss domestic insurance reconstruction projects from commencement through to completion
  • Deliver projects generally ranging from $250k to $800k+, while maintaining oversight of portfolio performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, customers and delivery teams
  • Monitor budgets, programs, quality and compliance across assigned projects
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to improve delivery capability across the team

About You

  • Extensive experience managing large loss domestic insurance projects
  • Strong background in construction, rebuilds and complex residential works
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver high-value projects within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Confident managing insurers, customers, trades and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of project risks, variations, cost control and quality requirements
  • A respected industry professional with a reputation for reliability, ownership and delivering results
