Hope & Glory is delighted to be assisting our client with the appointment of a B2B Marketing & Partnerships Manager on a 12-month contract.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Working across a portfolio of large-scale live events, you'll help drive exhibitor growth while developing meaningful commercial partnerships that create value for audiences, sponsors and the business alike.

Our client is a well-established Australian organisation that delivers nationally recognised consumer events and experiences. With a collaborative culture and a strong investment in marketing, the business is looking for an experienced B2B marketer to help drive commercial growth across a diverse portfolio of brands and events.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work across a varied portfolio where marketing directly supports commercial outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Drive exhibitor acquisition and lead generation campaigns
• Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorship activations
• Create sales enablement tools and commercial marketing collateral
• Collaborate with sales, content, digital and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise results
• Develop creative initiatives that strengthen partner value and audience engagement.

This is a hands-on role where you'll combine strategic thinking with practical execution, working alongside a high-performing marketing team in a fast-paced environment where no two weeks look the same.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Melbourne's inner suburbs, with hybrid working arrangements available (at the employer's discretion). The salary is up to $125K plus super.

About you

You're an experienced B2B marketer with strong commercial instincts and a collaborative approach. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and translating ideas into measurable business outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Proven B2B marketing experience in a commercial environment
• Experience generating qualified leads to support sales growth
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Exposure to partnerships, sponsorships or commercial marketing initiatives
• Excellent campaign planning and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies and external suppliers
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience within events, exhibitions, professional services, higher education, membership organisations or similarly commercial environments will be highly regarded, although outstanding B2B marketers from other sectors are encouraged to apply.

You have a collaborative work style, and bring the energy and adaptability needed to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
