At Four Seasons, we believe every exceptional stay begins long before a guest arrives. As a Reservations Agent , you will play a key role in creating outstanding first impressions by delivering warm, personalised service and assisting guests with their accommodation enquiries and bookings.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager , you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing detailed knowledge of hotel offerings, and helping guests find the perfect experience to suit their needs. Through genuine care and attention to detail, you will help bring the Four Seasons service experience to life from the very first interaction.

What You Will Do

  • Manage guest accommodation reservations and enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Provide personalised recommendations on room types, hotel facilities, packages, and services.

  • Build meaningful connections with guests by understanding their preferences and travel needs.

  • Accurately process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and guest requests.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records within hotel systems.

  • Collaborate with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays through thoughtful recommendations and upselling.

What You Will Bring

  • A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

  • A warm, professional, and engaging communication style.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Previous experience in Reservations, Guest Services, Contact Centre, or hospitality is preferred.

  • Experience using the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.

  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Flexibility is important in this role, as our team works a rotating roster to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Typical shift times may include:

7:00am to 3:00pm

9:00am to 5:00pm

10:00am to 6:00pm

11:00am to 7:00pm

1:00pm to 9:00pm
