HR Assistant (Corporate)

Location: Tweed Heads NSW, Lismore NSW, Coffs Harbour NSW or Port Macquarie NSW

Tenure: Full-time, fixed term contract. Commencing ASAP until 5 November 2027.

Overview of Role

The HR Adviser (Corporate) enhances the employee lifecycle by overseeing the end-to-end onboarding, induction, and exit processes for DLCS Office staff, as well as assisting with the induction of School Leaders at the beginning of each year.

This role also manages the performance appraisal framework for School Leaders to ensure meaningful goal-setting across the organisation, and provides general HR support to DLCS staff.
