About the Role

Due to an exciting internal promotion, we have an excellent opportunity to appoint an additional Senior Legal Counsel - Disputes to provide commercial and strategic advice in relation to a broad range of contentious matters across this global business. You will manage and actively drive the company's strategy on major disputes, litigation and regulatory enforcement activity. You will work as part of a large supportive team and build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• You will have at 7-10 years PAE in dispute resolution and commercial litigation gained from a top Australian law firm. Time spent in an in-house team via secondment or otherwise, will also be favourably considered.
• Experience in defending class actions, regulatory investigations and/or enforcement proceedings will be an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability and enthusiasm to be a key legal advisor and leader across the business
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence and sharp business acumen.
• A keen interest and willingness to coach, mentor and develop others
• A motivated and team focused individual who can demonstrate a love of learning
