We are currently seeking an MAWM / RELEX Demand Forecasting Consultant to support supply chain technology initiatives.

Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Systems Consultant with experience in either Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) or Demand Forecasting and Replenishment solutions
• This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners, supporting implementation activities, system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain operations and be comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects of warehouse management and demand planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation, enhancement, and support activities across MAWM and/or RELEX platforms
• Gather and document business requirements from supply chain, warehouse, and planning stakeholders
• Configure and maintain system settings based on business requirements
• Support solution design discussions and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
• Analyze system issues and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams
• Assist in deployment planning, production support, and post-go-live stabilization activities
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and documentation efforts
• Act as a key point of coordination between business users, implementation partners, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Demand Planning, or Retail Technology environments
• Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
• RELEX Demand Forecasting / Replenishment
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or demand planning processes
• Experience supporting implementations, system enhancements, or production support activities
• Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and business process validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in cross-functional project environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RELEX solutions
• Exposure to retail, distribution, or eCommerce operations
• Experience with demand forecasting, replenishment, allocation, or inventory optimization processes
• Experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping
• Familiarity with integration testing and data validation activities
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
