Senior Family Lawyer (4–5+ PAE)

At O'Sullivan Davies Lawyers, we are passionate about helping clients navigate some of life's most challenging transitions with empathy, expertise and practical advice. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer (4–5+ years PAE) to join our expanding team.

We are based in Perth, Western Australia, but you do not need to be.

We welcome applications from suitable qualified candidates located anywhere in Australia (or even overseas) who are interested in working remotely or in moving to our wonderful city. For the right person, relocation assistance will be considered.

The Opportunity

You will work alongside a highly experienced team of family law practitioners and manage a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Parenting disputes
• Property settlements
• Binding Financial Agreements
• Mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution
• Litigation in the Family Court of Western Australia

This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable lawyer seeking challenging work, autonomy, strong support and genuine career progression.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 4 years' post-admission experience (PAE) and the ability to hold a practising certificate in Western Australia
• Strong experience in Family Law
• Ability to manage matters with appropriate support
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach
• A genuine passion for helping clients through difficult life events
