Canaccord Genuity is a leading independent investment bank with a strong presence across Australia's capital markets. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Access Coordinator to join our Corporate Access team in Perth.

About the Role
As a Corporate Access Coordinator, you will play an important role in facilitating engagement between institutional investors and the leadership teams of Australia's listed companies. Working closely with our Capital Markets professionals, you will help coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and corporate access events that connect investors with investment opportunities.
This is a varied role that combines event coordination, client service, stakeholder management, and administrative support. You will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of both virtual and in-person events while ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and corporate access events
- Assist with end-to-end event planning and logistics
- Manage event schedules, invitations, and attendee communications
- Support the delivery of virtual and face-to-face events
- Liaise with internal teams, corporate clients, and investors
- Assist with post-event reporting and feedback distribution
- Maintain accurate event and client records
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Capital Markets team
About you
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in events, administration, client service, financial services, or a similar environment (advantageous but not essential)
