Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Coordinator roles based in Brisbane and Logan. The Customer Service Coordinators respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on equipment availability, pricing, and services. This role will coordinate equipment reservations, deliveries, and returns, ensuring all documentation is complete and systems are updated in a timely manner. The position includes managing customer orders, resolving issues or complaints, and escalating complex matters as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The coordinator will collaborate with operations and sales teams to meet customer requirements, support efficient branch operations, and contribute to a safe, professional workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused capabilities, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills.
- Ability to monitor and enhance Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, ideally in equipment hire, logistics, construction, or related industries.
- Proficiency with computer systems and office applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, or booking systems; MS Office).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and contribute positively to a team.
- Valid work rights in Australia; a current driver’s license is advantageous.
