We're partnering with a leading organisation delivering essential infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative commercial team where you'll play a key role supporting project delivery through effective contract and procurement coordination.

About the role

You'll be responsible for coordinating the procurement and contract administration process from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with company policies and governance requirements.

No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:

  • Coordinating RFQs, tenders and supplier quotations
  • Preparing and administering contract documentation
  • Raising purchase orders, work orders and requisitions
  • Processing contractor invoices and supporting payment approvals
  • Maintaining contract and procurement records
  • Supporting Project Managers and Commercial Managers throughout project delivery
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with reporting, project registers and general commercial administration

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives on variety and has experience supporting projects from a commercial or procurement perspective.

  • Experience in Contracts Administration, Procurement, Commercial Support or Project Coordination
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, mining, utilities or infrastructure projects
  • Experience coordinating tenders or quotation processes
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with project management or procurement systems such as SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Planview or similar will be highly regarded.
