As a Sales Representative, you are the face of the Client, to our local communities bringing the brand to life on-the-ground! Your mission is to grow our driver-partner network by leading local initiatives, generating leads, and qualifying prospects to join the platform.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Generate Leads: Drive buzz and generate leads by connecting with potential driver-partners at busy hubs, hosting pop-up events, and building strong local awareness of the earning opportunities available.
- Qualify Prospects- Have meaningful chats to make sure drivers meet basic requirements and are genuinely interested in getting started.
- Pitch Uber Value Proposition - Understand what motivates each person and bring the right value proposition to life for your prospects!

Key Requirements:
- Sales Experience – 2 + years of previous sales experience, especially cold outreach is a plus.
- Self-Starter – You’re motivated, proactive, and love chasing results. You don’t wait for direction — you create momentum.
- People Person – You can spark up conversations anywhere, build instant rapport, and tailor your pitch to what matters most to each person.
- Clear Communicator – You simplify complex information and make it easy for others to understand.
- Tech-Comfortable – You’re confident using apps, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets to stay on top of your leads.
