The Role
You keep the operational detail moving – so product ships on time, and the data behind it stays accurate. You'll keep our fulfilment partners, systems and internal teams aligned, so nothing slips between them.
Day to day, you'll:
- Coordinate 3PL fulfilment across every channel (DTC, wholesale and retail), and both the AU & US markets, tracking order accuracy and despatch from creation through to delivery
- Keep inventory and product data accurate across our core systems, investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Monitor returns and exchanges, flagging patterns to the team as they emerge
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for our 3PLs, keeping both sides moving and seeing queries through to resolution
- Provide operational support across the business, so our internal teams have what they need to perform their roles well
Who We're Looking For
You take pride in accuracy and follow through without needing to be chased. You might have a year or two in operations, logistics or administration behind you and be ready for more.
You'll be a strong fit if you’re:
- Confident in Shopify and an ERP or inventory system, ideally Cin7 or similar
- Comfortable coordinating with 3PLs, systems and IT partners, and teams across the business
- Organised, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track across both our markets
- A clear, proactive communicator who keeps people informed
Above all, you own your work – you check it before anyone else has to, and you'd rather raise a flag early than let it turn into a bigger problem. Do it well and there's genuine room to take on more as the operations team grows.
