The Role

Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaners to join our team at one of our retail sites.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We currently have a Full-Time position available with the following roster:

• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM
• Wednesday to Saturday: 9:54 AM – 6:00 PM

This position is paid in accordance with the applicable Award.

Role-Specific Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in an external cleaning environment.
• Experience working in a shopping centre or large commercial facility is highly desirable.
• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence is essential, as this role requires the operation of site vehicles and travel between cleaning areas.
• Experience operating pressure washers, ride-on scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment is preferred; however, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out external cleaning duties across the shopping centre, including outdoor areas, walkways, car parks, and service areas.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and ride-on scrubbers.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in line with site requirements and company procedures.
• Report hazards, maintenance issues, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
