Precision Technic Defence Australia is growing, and we're looking for a C4ISR Team Member to join our expanding local team.

PTD Australia delivers advanced C4ISR technology and systems that support and optimise Australian and New Zealand government and military operations. We leverage our extensive partnerships to ensure integration and interoperability across hardware and software systems.

Joining PTD Australia means being part of that mission on the ground here at home — supporting Australia’s and New Zealand’s Defence Force and Law Enforcement customers with next-generation C4ISR Solutions.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on position for someone who wants variety and genuine ownership across the full customer lifecycle — not just a desk job.

Customer & Partner Engagement — Building and maintaining strong relationships with Australian Defence customers and international partners

Systems Engineering — Supporting the design, integration, and optimisation of C4ISR solutions for the ANZ market

Business Development — Identifying opportunities and helping shape PTD Australia’s growth across the region

Technical FSR Work — Providing field service support to ensure systems perform when and where it matters

Demonstrations at Events — Representing PTD Australia at international and domestic trade shows, exercises, and customer demonstrations

Who We're Looking For

Number one is your ability to learn, we are looking for the right candidate with the right attitude to grow and be a part of the team.

Prior or current Australian Defence Force experience is highly desirable — we want someone who understands the operational environment our systems are built for, and can speak the language of the end user.
