Itoh Talent Partners are proud to be partnering with Brisbane Catholic Education Office to find their Leadership and Culture Program Lead to join their People, Culture and Capability team.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced program leader to bring rigour and strategic oversight to BCE's Leadership and Culture Program - a multi-year program spanning leadership capability, culture transformation, talent and succession, assessment and development, digital enablement, and AI-enabled personalisation. Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Capability, you will own the integrated roadmap and governance that bring this program together and keep it on track. This opportunity is a 12 month, fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing
- Leading program management across all workstreams, deliverables and strategic priorities
- Developing and maintaining the integrated program roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks and critical path activities
- Establishing and managing program governance, including reporting, decision tracking, risk management and issue escalation
- Coordinating planning across stream leads to ensure initiatives are integrated, sequenced and aligned to agreed outcomes
- Leading development of the program's outcomes framework, success measures and benefits realisation strategy
- Facilitating governance forums and maintaining program documentation, including plans, registers and decision logs
- Leading procurement, partner engagement and implementation planning activities
- Undertaking advanced analysis of program performance and organisational data to inform direction and continuous improvement
- Developing executive briefings, reports and governance papers to support strategic decision-making
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, project management, human resources, organisational psychology, leadership or business, and/or significant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organisational change, transformation or leadership development initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs and/or across portfolios of work involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and organisational dependencies
- Experience working in large and complex organisations with diverse stakeholder groups, highly desirable
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the period of appointment
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal Check as part of pre-employment screening
- A current Queensland Driver's Licence, if required
