bobby | Cremorne, Melbourne | Full time, on site with flexibility
About bobby
bobby is a low sugar prebiotic soft drink brand built in Melbourne and now sold nationally, with International expansion on the agenda. Every can is low in sugar, calories and made without preservatives or artificial flavours. But bobby isn't a wellness brand that takes itself too seriously. We're about always having a good time, being bold in design and flavour, pushing the envelope in all the best ways and embracing a community that actually cares about what we do next.
We're four years in, growing fast, and entering the most important 18 months in the company's history. New flavours, a new website, in house fulfilment, major retail expansion, and a brand that's earning genuine cultural relevance. You'll be in the room for all of it.
The role
You'll own the day to day execution of bobby's marketing and communications, working directly with the Founder and CEO and taking strategic direction from our fractional CMO. This is a doing role in a small, fast team. You'll write the EDMs, brief the designers, run the content calendar, manage the agency, ship the campaigns, and report on what worked.
We're not looking for someone to build strategy decks. We're looking for someone who can take a clear plan and make it happen at a high standard, week after week, across every channel bobby shows up in.
What you'll own
Content and social. Run the content calendar across organic social and web. Brief and manage design resources, keep the brand voice sharp and consistent, and make sure everything that ships sounds like bobby.
Campaigns and product launches. Execute go to market plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns, coordinating creative, channels, timelines, and retail alignment so launches land as one coherent moment.
PR and communications. Draft press releases and media materials, manage media and partner communications, and support founder led comms including LinkedIn and investor facing brand moments.
Activations and partnerships. Deliver brand activations, event presence, and partner co activations from planning through to on the ground execution.
Trade and retail marketing support. Support the sales team with retail campaign assets, launch toolkits, and materials for grocery and independent channels.
Agency and budget management. Manage external creative and digital agency relationships, keep projects on brief and on budget, and track marketing spend against plan.
Reporting. Track campaign and channel performance, report monthly against agreed KPIs, and recommend adjustments based on what the numbers say.
