About The Role

As our Digital Producer – Website, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and continuous improvement of our website and associated subdomains. You'll ensure our digital presence performs as a high-quality, user-focused channel that supports marketing, growth, and enterprise objectives. Working across teams, you'll oversee website production, content governance, and ongoing optimisation, using data and best practice to enhance the user experience, improve performance, and deliver engaging digital experiences that achieve organisational goals.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

What We Are Looking For In You

  • Experience in digital production, website management, or a similar digital delivery role.
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and website release processes (experience with Mintox is advantageous but not essential).
  • A data-informed mindset, using insights to support prioritisation and continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, product, IT, and business teams.
  • A commitment to delivering great digital experiences and continuously improving website performance.

Desirable

  • Understanding of the private health insurance industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Experience with the HAMBS membership system.
  • Basic HTML skills and experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day website production and content delivery across the organisation’s website and subdomains, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely execution.
  • Coordinate website releases, production schedules, and deployment activities to support reliable and efficient delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for the website services agency, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver website enhancements, manage priorities and service delivery, and ensure optimal website performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the website service desk, including incident management, troubleshooting, change requests, and enhancement activities.
  • Support the delivery of digital campaigns, product launches, regulatory updates, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Risk & Compliance, and other teams to ensure website content and functionality align with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve website usability, performance, governance and operational efficiency, working closely with the UX Specialist on testing and optimisation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital delivery processes, governance, and best practice.
