If you’re an experienced Security Officer or a people-focused professional looking for more than traditional guarding duties, this could be one of the most rewarding opportunities available.

CONSTANT is partnering with a leading Student Accommodation provider to deliver a modern, community focused approach to safety and wellbeing - centred around student support, engagement, and creating a safe living environment for students from around the world.

Due to the community-focused nature of this role, applicants with experience in people-supporting environments will be highly regarded. This includes candidates with backgrounds in areas such as student accommodation, residential services, community support, disability support, aged care, healthcare, hospitals, mental health support, youth services, education, hospitality, or other roles involving direct engagement, care, welfare, or assistance to individuals.

Candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to support individuals in a residential environment will be prioritised during the selection process.
