Career Education Consultancy Australia (CECA) is seeking an experienced and passionate Education Counsellor to join our Thomastown office in Melbourne. If you have a proven track record in international student recruitment and enjoy helping students achieve their study-abroad goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective international students on study options in Australia and other destinations.
• Convert student enquiries into successful enrolments.
• Assist students with course selection, admissions, and application processes.
• Liaise with universities, colleges, and education providers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective students.
• Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation.
• Stay up to date with education sector policies, visa requirements, and provider information.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of onshore experience as an Education Counsellor in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian education providers and admissions processes.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet enrolment targets.
• A positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
