The Role
The Lead Quality Planner partners with the Export Planning and Grain Inventory teams to provide timely, data-driven insights through continuous monitoring of CBH planning and business systems. This role is critical to ensuring accurate stock planning across the CBH Operations network and supporting the delivery of high-quality grain to both export and domestic customers.
Responsibilities include
Develop and maintain stock allocation plans and demand forecasts for export and domestic customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, with weekly updates
Monitor load plans and zone averages to ensure alignment with planning forecasts
Collaborate with port teams to ensure blending programs are executed as planned
Act as the escalation point for quality-related issues across export and domestic customers
Ensure there is a balance between logistical and quality requirements in the accumulation of grain for outturn
About You
Proven experience in planning and applying structured planning principles
Strong analytical capability, with experience modelling scenarios and working with large data sets
Ability to interpret and communicate financial impacts of planning decisions
Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
Grain quality assessment or quality assurance experience is highly regarded
