Catering Attendant

Catering Attendants Our agency is seeking reliable and motivated Catering Attendants to join a large aviation catering facility located at Brisbane Airport.

Location: Brisbane Airport

Pay: $32 per hour + penalties + superannuation

Shifts: AM and PM shifts available (up to 5 shifts per week)

These roles support a major airport catering operation supplying meals and equipment to commercial airlines.

Production

• Assisting chefs with food preparation
• Preparing salads, sandwiches, and desserts
• Plating airline meals to strict safety and quality standards

Make‑Up & Wash‑Up (AM & PM shifts)

• Industrial cleaning of catering carts, trays, and ovens
• Assembling and packing catering carts ready for upcoming flights
• Manual handling and general cleaning duties

Requirements

• Must be available for up to 5 shifts per week (not suitable as a second job)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to own vehicle (non-negotiable)
• Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts
• Strong reliability and teamwork skills
• Drug & Alcohol testing
• National Police Check
