Searson Buck are recruiting an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth across Tasmania for a well-established food brand. You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers while identifying and securing new opportunities across foodservice, wholesale, retail, FMCG and fresh produce markets.

- Proven success in B2B sales, FMCG, food manufacturing, agribusiness or fresh produce
- A hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Existing relationships across the Tasmanian food, wholesale, retail or foodservice sectors
- A self-motivated approach and passion for building long-term customer partnerships
