Are you an experienced Data Lead with a passion for designing scalable cloud data platforms and leading high-performing engineering teams? We're looking for a talented professional to drive enterprise data initiatives using the latest Microsoft Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platforms, from design to implementation and optimization.

Architect and govern scalable data pipelines, data models, and cloud-based data platforms using Azure technologies.

Provide technical leadership, mentor data engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Develop and oversee Python-based solutions, Azure Functions, and enterprise APIs.

Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, high-performing, and cost-efficient.

Drive data governance, data quality, and security standards across the platform.

Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and strategic roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with 2–4 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong expertise in SQL and Python.

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH) and Data Modeling principles.

Experience working with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

Solid understanding of enterprise cloud data architecture and Azure-based solutions.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex data transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

Azure Functions & Enterprise API development.

Framework-based development experience.

Solution architecture and delivery governance.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
