Overview
Jaybel Office Choice is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team of Office supplies & Promotional products department at Sumner.
The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals. Working closely with the Director and wider team, you will also play a key role in keeping the department and systems running smoothly. This is a hands-on position with the support of the team, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple moving parts, and takes pride in maintaining structure, accuracy, and efficiency across the business.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships across our target markets. Whilst ensuring the sales & customer service department of the business operates at the highest standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about developing people, growing revenue, and contributing to the continued success of the business.
Position Summary
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and financial goals whilst consistently analysing market information.
- Responsible for managing large customers related opportunities with significant revenue potential.
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of business sales objectives.
- Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function.
- Ensure your team is supporting the business’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring customer through each experience.
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions.
About You
- 5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in B2B environment would be advantageous.
- Experience in a similar managerial role.
- Working rights in Australia.

- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
