Senior Finance Manager

Perth, WA | $150k Base + Super + $10k Bonus

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Finance Manager to join a growing international property and hospitality group with a diverse portfolio across Australia.

This is a commercially focused role responsible for driving financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision support across a portfolio of property, hospitality, and commercial assets.

Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will provide meaningful financial insights, improve reporting capability, and support investment and asset performance decisions within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and financial recommendations.
• Analyse business performance, revenue drivers, costs, and operational metrics.
• Support strategic decision-making across property and hospitality assets.

Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow forecasts, and investment analysis.
• Deliver accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.

Property & Asset Finance

• Manage financial operations across property, hospitality, and commercial assets.
• Support capital expenditure tracking, asset performance reporting, and portfolio optimisation.
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Improve finance processes, reporting frameworks, and data accuracy.
• Enhance ERP and reporting systems (NetSuite experience advantageous).
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements across finance operations.

Team Leadership

• Support and develop finance team members.
• Build a commercially focused and high-performing finance function.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (essential).
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance management, or similar roles.
• Experience within property, real estate, hospitality, or asset-heavy industries highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; Opera or RMS advantageous).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach.
