Overseas Sales Manager (Beijing)

Horizon Homes Building Technologies

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships across international markets. This role is central to our global expansion strategy, focusing on steel structures, prefabricated buildings, and modular construction solutions. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation and contract negotiation to delivery coordination and payment collection—while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Performance Management

Translate annual and quarterly targets for sales, collections, and gross profit into actionable budgets and monthly execution plans. Continuously monitor performance and adapt strategies in response to shifting market dynamics.

End-to-End Order Fulfillment

Manage the entire order lifecycle, including pricing, technical clarifications, contract signing, L/C verification, production scheduling, manufacturing, international shipping, customs clearance, and after-sales support. Coordinate with overseas project delivery teams to align on lead times and resolve any site installation or commissioning issues.

Product Localization & Adaptation

Partner with internal stakeholders to tailor steel structure, panel, and modular building products to meet specific market requirements, providing actionable recommendations for regional customization.

Lead Conversion & Channel Development

Act on qualified leads generated through our overseas social media presence and industry exhibitions, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities with end-users, international agents, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors. Build and nurture a robust distribution network.

Major Project Bidding & Negotiation

Lead commercial bidding, contract negotiations, and deal-closing for large-scale overseas construction projects, including commercial complexes, industrial facilities, residential developments, camp construction, and modular/intelligent/prefabricated building systems.

Contract Management

Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements throughout the project lifecycle.

Payment Milestone Control

Monitor and collect phased payments (advance, delivery, acceptance, and retention) per contract terms, working closely with finance to manage receivables and minimize credit risk.

Client Reception & Experience

Coordinate the full reception process for visiting overseas clients, continuously refining procedures to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion Support

Oversee the implementation of overseas exhibition strategies and online platform campaigns, with the authority to recommend enhancements to promotional materials and digital content.
