We're seeking a Senior Cyber Analyst to lead and deliver cyber security initiatives focused on improving organisational resilience, security maturity and compliance. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful security outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Lead cyber security uplift initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.
• Drive the implementation of security controls and best practices.
• Manage cyber security projects from planning through to delivery.
• Identify, assess and respond to security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Work with technical teams to improve security architecture and operational capability.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to provide trusted security advice.
• Support governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

You'll bring experience across the following:

• Cyber Security operations or engineering.
• Essential Eight implementation or security maturity uplift.
• Threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Microsoft security technologies including Sentinel, Defender and Intune.
• SIEM platforms and security monitoring.
• Network, infrastructure or cloud security.
• Security frameworks and governance.
• Project delivery experience within cyber security.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Previous government or large enterprise experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management (PAM) or modern endpoint security.
• Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH or similar.
