Relationship Manager

We are seeking motivated Relationship Managers to join our Corporate Events and Awards team.

As a Relationship Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, high profile events and awards programs. You’ll lead, mentor and develop a high-performance team focused on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll set clear priorities and ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives. You’ll provide clear strategic advice on the design, delivery and evaluation of events and steward the organisation’s performance and recognition framework.

You will be accountable for risk, governance and reputational outcomes—overseeing schedules, resources, budgets and suppliers while resolving complex, high impact issues.

You will also ensure the quality and consistency of high-level written outputs, drive continuous improvement across processes to enhance the overall impact and capability of the function.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
