  • Design and deliver role-based adoption and enablement approaches, including training pathways, communities of practice, champions, practical playbooks, and targeted support materials.

  • Lead internal communications and engagement for Workplace AI, sharing practical guidance, success stories, updates, and use case examples that build awareness and confidence.

  • Establish fair and transparent prioritisation for rollout, licensing, and training so adoption is value-led, scalable, and equitable across teams

  • Identify user needs and pain points, using feedback and insight to continuously improve the workplace AI experience and increase sustained adoption.

Governance and Platform Enablement

  • Partner with business, technology, cyber, privacy teams to ensure Workplace AI use cases are safe, responsible, and aligned to enterprise governance requirements.

  • Enable approved automation and agent scenarios that extend Workplace AI outcomes, while working within enterprise guardrails and partnering with business owners for implementation and operational support.

  • Coordinate remediation plans for identified Workplace AI risks and findings with cyber and relevant 3rd party owners and support governance forums with clear reporting and decision material.

  • Build strong relationships across leadership, business, and technology teams to align stakeholders around priorities, investment choices, and responsible adoption.

Benefits Realisation and Insights

  • Define, measure, and report on Workplace AI product KPIs, adoption indicators, and benefit outcomes across personas and use cases.

  • Quantify how Workplace AI initiatives contribute to business outcomes such as time savings, improved quality, reduced cycle time, stronger decision support, and workforce effectiveness.
