About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll develop new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across Australia and New Zealand.
Working from our North Ryde office, you’ll combine outbound business development with warm inbound enquiries generated through our marketing initiatives. You’ll become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and recommending evidence-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound sales activity
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Follow up and convert marketing-generated enquiries
- Present Bauerfeind’s premium product range to healthcare professionals
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to achieve growth objectives
You’ll work with customers including:
- Physiotherapists
- Orthopaedic Surgeons
- Sports Physicians
- Hospitals
- Podiatrists
- Occupational Therapists
- Sports Clinics
- Specialist Retailers
- Elite Sporting Organisations
- First grade sporting teams
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is motivated by achieving results and genuinely wants to improve people’s quality of life.
You may come from a background in:
- Medical or healthcare sales
- B2B sales
- Sports Science
You’ll also have:
- At least two years’ experience in sales or the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals over the phone, online and in person where required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and technology
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- A passion for healthcare and helping people
- A desire to build a long-term career with a growing organisation
