Life in the fast lane
As our Project Manager – Infrastructure & Logistics, you will be joining the Infrastructure team who make up part of the Operations Department.
This is a permanent position, based between Tottenham Storage Facility and our Head Office in St Kilda.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Logistics, you will be responsible for the management of AGPC owned assets and the effective, compliant and safe operations of AGPC’s storage facility. The role will assist in the delivery of capital works projects and interface with key project stakeholders.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of AGPC’s storage facility including safety and compliance reporting.
- Develop and implement annual maintenance plans for AGPC owned assets.
- Maintain AGPC’s asset management systems including annual reporting as required.
- Coordinate with the engineering project management team with respect to planning of the circuit build, asset movements and freight operations.
- Ensure adherence with AGPC policies and procedures with respect to asset management and capital works planning.
- Liaise with key project stakeholders including Parks Victoria, Phillip Island Operations and AGPC landlords.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Qualifications in construction management, asset management or logistics preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience working in construction, infrastructure or logistics. Major event experience preferred.
- Management experience working on medium to large projects, or within large supply chains, including the site or maintenance management.
- Experience working with asset management systems.
- Experience of cost control/budget responsibility.
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain.
