Maintenance Planner

We are partnering with our client who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their leading FMCG manufacturing business in a temp-to-perm opportunity. This is an excellent chance to join a fast-paced production environment where you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and manage maintenance schedules.
• Ensure spare parts and resources are available to support planned works.
• Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting within the CMMS.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

About You

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and asset management principles.
• Experience using CMMS systems.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
