You will help shape the revenue strategy across a dynamic portfolio of Crystalbrook Collection hotels, balancing data, commercial instinct and market intelligence to optimise performance, grow market share and unlock opportunity across all segments.
Your portfolio will offer variety in line with business priorities, providing you exposure to established hotels, new openings and broader commercial projects. Working closely with sales, marketing and operations, you will ensure every decision is deliberate, every strategy is measured and every outcome moves Crytsalbrook Collection forward.
This role offers the opportunity to build broad revenue management capability while contributing across multiple hotels, supporting periods of leave and assisting with key projects throughout the collection.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading weekly revenue reviews and translating data into clear, decisive action
- Designing and executing dynamic pricing, inventory and distribution strategies
- Monitoring competitor activity and strengthening Crystalbrook Collection's market position
- Driving segmentation strategies across Corporate, Leisure, Group, Government and other key markets
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations to grow direct, digital and total hotel revenue
- Delivering rolling forecasts, budgets and meaningful performance insights
- Supporting revenue capability across the collection through education, coaching and collaboration
- Contributing to new hotel openings, portfolio transitions, leave coverage and broader commercial projects
- Continuously refining systems, processes and performance benchmarks
