Client Services Rostering & Workforce Capability Officer

Location: Alice Springs

Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week

About the Role

You will:

  • Coordinate and maintain workforce rosters.
  • Manage leave coverage and roster changes.
  • Monitor workforce utilisation and staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate mandatory training and compliance records.
  • Maintain workforce data and prepare reports.

  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce systems

  • Relevant clearances and licenses required for the disability sector
