Client Services Rostering & Workforce Capability Officer
Location: Alice Springs
Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week

About the Role
You will:
- Coordinate and maintain workforce rosters.
- Manage leave coverage and roster changes.
- Monitor workforce utilisation and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate mandatory training and compliance records.
- Maintain workforce data and prepare reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce systems
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach
- Relevant clearances and licenses required for the disability sector
