The Role

Are you passionate about beauty, skincare and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join the team at TerryWhite Chemmart Cairns Central as a Full-Time Cosmetics & Retail Consultant and play a key role in driving the success of our growing beauty department.

In this customer-focused role, you will take ownership of our cosmetics and beauty offering, ensuring the department is presented to the highest standard while delivering outstanding service and driving retail sales. You will build genuine relationships with customers, take the time to understand their individual needs, and provide personalised recommendations across skincare, cosmetics and fragrance.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A passion for skincare, fragrance and cosmetics
• Strong retail sales and selling skills
• A customer-first approach with a flair for building lasting relationships
• Confidence in providing beauty, skincare and product advice
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Comfortable working to sales targets
