Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, managing multiple opportunities and achieving results?

At Smartgroup, we're looking for ambitious and customer-focused Novated Leasing Consultants to join our high-performing Vehicle Solutions team in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

This is more than a sales role. You'll guide customers through the novated leasing journey, manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities and help customers make informed decisions about one of their most significant financial purchases.

Key responsabilities:

  • Managing a large pipeline of customer opportunities from enquiry through to settlement
  • Conducting customer conversations via phone and email while building strong relationships and trust
  • Providing novated lease quotations and supporting customers through finance applications
  • Educating customers on products, processes and benefits
  • Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding sales, service, compliance and activity KPIs
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver great customer outcomes

What you'll bring

Essential:

  • Sales experience in a target-driven environment
  • Experience managing a pipeline of customers, leads or opportunities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage workload effectively
  • Resilience, self-motivation and a proactive mindset
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs

Highly regarded:

  • Contact centre or phone-based sales experience
  • Financial services, lending, leasing or automotive industry experience
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience handling objections and influencing customer decisions
