As the Senior Marketing Manager – Disability and Family Services, you'll join the Independence Australia Group (IAG), Possability Group's parent organisation, at a pivotal moment of transformation. As multiple brands come together under a unified national identity, you'll play a leading role in building a trusted services brand, shaping market perception, and positioning our disability and family services towards sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you'll lead the planning and execution of marketing and communications across a diverse portfolio of disability and family services.

From support coordination, supported independent living and employment programs through to foster care and out-of-home care services, you'll develop compelling brand and marketing strategies that increase awareness, strengthen reputation, drive growth and build trust with the communities we support.

This newly created role is ideal for a strategic marketer who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery. You'll lead a small team, partner with senior stakeholders across the Group, and deliver integrated campaigns that create measurable impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • 8+ years' experience in marketing, brand or communications leadership roles.
  • Proven success developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong brand building and positioning experience.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using insights, research and performance data to inform decisions.
  • The ability to work effectively across complex organisations and drive change.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Experience within disability, child and family services, healthcare, community services or another purpose-led sector will be highly regarded.
