We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking

Digital Enablement Manager to join our team in this newly created role on a two-year fixed-term contract.

In this position, you will lead the coordination and enablement of the systems, data, and process capabilities that underpin our digital transformation agenda. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, implement digital solutions, and support organisational change, helping to deliver meaningful improvements in efficiency, capability, and customer outcomes.

The Role And You

  • Lead RAAFA’s Digital Transformation program in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Lead day‑to‑day coordination and delivery, managing interdependencies and ensuring initiatives progress in line with agreed priorities and timeframes.
  • Ensure alignment across systems, data and business processes to reduce fragmentation, duplication and manual workarounds, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Drive benefits realisation, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide consolidated reporting on program progress, risks, dependencies and.
  • Support management of external partners and vendors.
  • Responsibility to comply with all RAAFA Policies and Procedures and all reasonable management directions.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate digital, process or business improvement initiatives within a complex organisation.
  • Experience in delivering or managing cross-functional initiatives or programs, including dependencies, timelines and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to support decision-making at senior or executive levels.
  • Experience working within governance frameworks, including managing risks, issues and competing priorities.
  • Experience working alongside transformation, change or project delivery functions (desirable).
  • Experience in aged care, health, community services or similarly regulated environments (desirable).
